Identity has not been confirmed. But we believe this is a photo of Che Pelotas taken a few days ago in Bucharest, Romania.

We're not sure if this is a coincidence, but the timing of this photo correlates with Romania's acceptance into the EU. If this is indeed Mr. Pelotas, the former eastern bloc country famous for Count Dracula, just got a bit smoother and silkier.

His whereabouts are unknown. He's considered armed and dangerous, and is on Interpol's Most Wanted List. If seen, contact authorities immediately.
